Your stay.
Do the units have private hot tubs?
Yes. Every accommodation has its own wood-fired hot tub for the exclusive use of that booking.
Are the bathrooms shared?
Every unit has its own private bathroom in a separate building, exclusively for that accommodation.
Each bathroom includes three showers — one rainfall shower and two wall-mounted showers — along with two vanity basins, a large mirror, flushing toilet, hanging space and a small valuables safe.
You’ll also find underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and towels provided for your stay.
Do you supply bedding and towels?
Yes, bedding and towels are provided for your stay.
Is there electricity and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Accommodation has electricity and Wi-Fi. If you would prefer to unplug, ask about switching your connection off.
Is there a kitchen?
There is a shared kitchen area, plus outdoor cooking and firepit facilities.

Booking & practicalities.
Can I book the whole site?
Yes! Our exclusive-use bookings accommodate up to 20 adults, plus up to four additional infants sleeping in travel cots.
Travel cots are for infants only and cannot be used as additional beds for older children. Children who need a standard bed must be included within the main 20-guest capacity.
Can we stay for one night?
Yes, Hundred Acre View offers midweek one-night stays during the winter season, subject to availability.
During the main season, when our bell tents are operating, a two-night minimum stay applies. Please check our availability calendar for your preferred dates.
Can I bring an airbed for an extra guest?
No. Additional airbeds cannot be accommodated because safe clearances from the wood-burning stoves must be maintained.
Can we play music during our stay?
Low-level music is welcome. Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours, especially during the quiet period of 10pm–7am.
Which accommodation is dog-friendly?
Emmanuel is our dog-friendly accommodation, and an onsite hot-water dog wash station is available. For 2027, Emmanuel will have two connected bell tents sleeping up to six. Santa Maria has a fully enclosed garden but is not the designated dog-friendly unit.
Are there outdoor baths?
Big Ben and Emmanuel include outdoor baths. All four units have private wood-fired hot tubs.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of your departure.

Is the site suitable for wheelchairs?
Some facilities have step-free access and the Hundred Acre View bathroom offers more manoeuvring space. The meadow has natural uneven surfaces and hot tubs have steps. Please contact us about specific requirements.
Can we bring a travel cot?
Please check the accommodation-specific booking information and contact us if you need to confirm cot space.
Is it suitable for families?
Yes. We have a choice of accommodation for families, with larger options and an enclosed garden in Santa Maria.
