The Four Bells Glamping

The Four Bells glamping is brilliant – genuinely can’t fault it at all. The family are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble – very friendly and keen to ensure you have a good stay without being overbearing. Inside the tent is beautifully finished – had a couple of great nights’ sleep on super comfy mattresses! The decor is fab – love the bulb bedside lights. It’s little touches that make it special – a large jar of huge marshmallows for the firepit for example. They also decorated the tent for my husband’s birthday – thank you 🙂 We stayed in Big Ben – glad we did as the extra space with 2 kids was certainly worth it. Easy to heat hot tub and well made garden furniture are outside – quality of everything notable. The private shower room is immaculate and the showers are awesome – walk in shower with multiple showers! Great for showering with the kids – not sure that’s the purpose but it worked for us!! Communal kitchen has everything you could need. Love the Honesty Shop and the use of local products. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s bloody brilliant! We will be back.

My husband and I, along with our 8 year old, booked the four bells initially for 2 nights but was so in love with the place we extended our stay for an extra night! The site itself is just perfect for a mini break away from everyday life. We stayed in ‘Big Ben’ and absolutely loved the extra space the living area tent provided. Quiet summer evenings in the wood fired hot tub were just amazing. We were fortunate enough to be the only people on site which allowed us use of the bathrooms including the outdoor bath, so we were spoilt for relaxation choice. We made full use of the fire put all 3 evenings to cook on and then used the communal kitchen area on our last day to make breakfast. The communal area has everything needed, including games to borrow and also an honesty shop full of local produce which was lovely to see. We ventured into Cambridge, which is beautiful, and went punting on the river. The quality of everything is amazing . We even arrived to a birthday card for our little one, balloons and bunting in the tent which was a lovely added surprise. I highly recommend this hidden gem and already have friends that have booked in for the end of August. We wish you all the best in this new venture and will be back.

Following our recent stay at the Four Bells Glamping we just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your family for helping to make our stay at The Four Bells so special. The Breakfast Box was wonderful, very good quality produce which we all enjoyed and the facilities lovely. Very comfortable beds, all clean and again good quality. As for the outside bath and showers, well amazing. Never had such super clean grandchildren!! The whole site was very relaxing. We will definitely be back. It was good to know that you were all a text or phone call away if there were any issues which you sorted for us straight away. The extras of large white towels/ soaps and toilet rolls provided together with the wood for fire pit /wood-burner, marshmallows, tea coffee etc all so special.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, quiet and secretly luxurious. Very comfortable beds me and my partner found the sleep so peaceful, everything was provided from tea coffee ect to bottles of water in the fridge ready for you! hairdryer, smart tv’s, Wi-Fi, every home essential you should need but in a lovely camping way!! the roll top bath outside left me speechless honestly, then to top it off in the tropical shower was so therapeutic, the wood fired hot tube managed to keep its heat from the Friday till the Sunday, Alex and Lucy are the best hosts you could ask for! Overall an amazing place to stay and I would definitely recommend to everyone, we can’t wait to see you soon! Thanks again for our wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time at the Four Bells glamping site. It was surrounded by beautiful wheat fields and the Brewis family took good care of us, making us feel at home. The bell tent was designed nicely and had everything we needed, like a cozy fireplace, which we made use of every evening and tea/coffee facilities.

The bell tents were placed well apart, giving us privacy while being close to nature. We brought our dog, and the special tent for pets made it easy for us to enjoy our stay without worries.

The best part was the luxurious bathroom with a big rain shower and a lovely view of the wheat field. We also loved the outdoor bathroom with a spacious bath, where we could relax under the stars.

We also went to a few of the pubs suggested that were dog friendly, which were lovely and made our stay even easier as we didn’t need to worry about cooking.

The whole experience of glamping luxury and nature was unforgettable, and we made wonderful memories. We’re already planning to come back with more family to stay in the other bell tents.

Perfect weekend away!! The owners are so welcoming & accommodating. The tent was spotlessly clean, well organised and equipped with all we needed. The location is stunning with open fields & long views of the countryside. We stayed in the dog friendly tent & was able to feel relaxed knowing our dogs were in a secure area!! First time using a wood fired hot tub – my husband loved how easy it was to use!! Just perfectly relaxing too! I’m not totally an outdoorsy person, so the mashing of tent with electricity, shared kitchen, fully fitted private bathroom & with being in the tranquil countryside made this weekend ideal. Try it for yourselves, you won’t be regretting it!! Many thanks to the owners for being so considerate.

We love finding new places to stay and recommend and we’ve just had three lovely evenings at Four Bells Glamping. The site is still quite new and I’m sure lots of lovely additions in the planning. The tents were spacious, clean, well equipped, cosy and luxurious. We stayed in Big Ben the largest which has two areas and sleeps up to six. Unfortunately the weather was dismal during the evenings and wellies were essential which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful setting, but each pitch has a woodfired hot tub, outdoor seating and fire pit with cooking arms. They are also busy installing what looked like a communal outdoor cooking area with pizza oven. The communal kitchen was an absolute godsend (given the weather) with a cooker, kettle, seating and everything you could need. The bathrooms are second to none with each tent having its own huge bathroom boasting three showers, dual sinks and even an outdoor bath which I was so excited about but couldn’t use. With just three tents onsite you are assured a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this site to all family and friends. Xxxx

Oh my goodness! We are just driving back from the most perfect stay here! Excellent communication leading up to our stay and greeted warmly by the owners on arrival. Fabulous location within the countryside of Bury st Edmund. Local amenities very close. We stayed in Big Ben, spacious and clean. Hot tub ready to go on arrival and easy to operate. My children absolutely loved it and we will most definitely be back! 100% recommended
